12 x 400's and Tabata sprints

You know I am serious when I break out the purple tank top.  It keeps me cool when I am trying to push myself.

7 minutes--1/2 mile walking warm-up

  • 1:32--each 400 followed by 1-2 minutes walking recovery 4.0 mph 
 
When I'm done at the gym, it's not so serious anymore.  We played outside and little man got a haircut.  It is supposed to be 60 degrees for the next few days.  Time to soak up some sun!
