Bisquick Sausage Cheese Balls

 
This recipe is my family of origin's traditional Christmas morning breakfast. My husband has taken over making these each year. They are also a good hor d'oeuvre.
 
 
Bisquick Sausage Cheese Balls
3 cups Bisquick
10 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage (we like Hot sausage), broken into small pieces
1/3 to 1/2 cups water
 
/Stir together. Mix with hands to combine ingredients. Roll into 1 inch balls.
Bake on a greased cookie sheet. at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes approximately 4 dozen.
