Workout:
10 minutes--AMT--warm-up
40 minutes--shoulders and triceps
- neutral shoulder press w/ twist
- rear deltoid fly
- tricep pushdown
- hammer curl
- assisted pull-ups--just for fun
- bench dips
28 minutes--AMT--16/18 Interval
30 minutes--treadmill--3.6 miles, mix of sprints, w/ easy mile
