DOWN-UPS--We tried burpees, but they were too hard. So now they lay on the ground, get up, and jump.
RUN AROUND THE ISLAND--the 3 kids follow the leader around the kitchen.

35 minutes--AMT--16/18 Interval
15 minutes--foam roller and stretch
