Christmas Classics




 
The rule for Christmas presents is to look super surprised and excited, no matter what the present is...a cardboard check, toothbrushes, a calendar.  This rule makes every Christmas magical.
 
 
 
Workout:
10 minutes--AMT--warm-up
40 minutes--shoulders and triceps
  • neutral shoulder press w/ twist
  • rear deltoid fly
  • tricep pushdown
  • hammer curl
  • assisted pull-ups--just for fun
  • bench dips
28 minutes--AMT--16/18 Interval
30 minutes--treadmill--3.6 miles, mix of sprints, w/ easy mile
