  7. My workout yesterday was 2 hours of weightlifting and TRX; my cardio was 1 hour on elliptical and 30 min of walking.

  13. Today: 30 minutes elliptical and lifted on my chest. How come I can't share your run walk lift blog post from your run walk lift Facebook page? I think you could get more following and "likes" if we could share your run walk lift page. Does that make any sense?! :)
